We are looking for a PR Lead to join our dynamic team in Latin America. In this role, you will shape the company’s reputation in the region, lead a team of PR specialists, and drive communication initiatives that support our business goals.
You will be responsible for
• Developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the region • Managing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders to secure positive coverage and partnerships • Leading a team of PR specialists and providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their professional growth • Organizing media events and creating and editing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust PR strategies accordingly • Collaborating with other departments (marketing, public affairs, product) to align PR efforts with overall business goals and initiatives
You might be a fit if you have
• Proven experience as a PR Lead or in a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational company • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, communications, or a related field • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Deep understanding of PR principles, strategies, and best practices • Knowledge of industry trends, the media landscape, and digital communications channels • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative PR solutions • The ability to work under pressure and multitask
