Currently, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our China team and contribute to the enhancement of an outsource service for ad monetization setup and management.
You will be responsible for
• Managing the full sales cycle for a tech-focused AdTech product—from market research and outreach to negotiations, onboarding, and coordination with the client success team
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences to build awareness and client relationships
• Supporting regional strategy efforts in collaboration with the marketing team
• Providing regular updates on sales activity and sharing market insights and client needs with the HQ team

• Fluency in Chinese and English
• A solid track record in sales or business development, preferably in digital advertising or marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
