Yango is hiring a Support Specialist to assist our users and partners by responding to inquiries, conducting outbound calls, and collecting feedback to support continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to user queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner
• Making outbound calls to users and partners to follow up on support issues
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with internal teams
• Gathering customer feedback and forwarding it to product, sales, and marketing functions
