• Managing HR operations in Pakistan, including hiring, onboarding, terminations, and day-to-day HR administration
• Overseeing payroll in collaboration with the finance team and payroll provider, ensuring 100% accuracy
• Improving and maintaining HR processes and фpolicies in line with HQ standards and local legislation
• Assisting with migration-related cases and the employment of foreign citizens
• Acting as company representative during grievance, disciplinary, or appeal meetings
• Representing the company to local government authorities when required
