We're looking for an HR Generalist to support HR operations for our team in Pakistan. This role includes managing local HR processes, payroll, documentation, and compliance with labor laws.
You will be responsible for
• Managing HR operations in Pakistan, including hiring, onboarding, terminations, and day-to-day HR administration • Overseeing payroll in collaboration with the finance team and payroll provider, ensuring 100% accuracy • Improving and maintaining HR processes and фpolicies in line with HQ standards and local legislation • Assisting with migration-related cases and the employment of foreign citizens • Acting as company representative during grievance, disciplinary, or appeal meetings • Representing the company to local government authorities when required
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience in human resources • 2+ years of experience working with HR documentation (contracts, policies, addenda, etc.) • Strong knowledge of local labor law in Pakistan • Fluency in English • A readiness to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
