Yango Group is looking for a Support Specialist to assist users via phone, email, and chat. In this role, you’ll help resolve inquiries, gather feedback, and escalate complex issues when needed.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat
• Providing policy-based resolutions to customers and partners
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with internal teams
• Escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
• Maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Nepali (traditional)
• English proficiency at the B2 level, with confident written and spoken communication
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
• A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply (including backup)
• Previous experience in customer support (preferred)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
