Yango Group is looking for a Quality Manager in Azerbaijan to improve service quality across Azerbaijani and Turkish markets. Apply if you speak Turkish languages and Azerbaijani, and have solid Excel skills and experience in customer support.
We're now hiring a Quality Manager to help improve customer experience by working with Defect Rate (DR), CSAT, and support logic in Azerbaijan and Turkey.
You will be responsible for
Improving service metrics You will work with DR and CSAT metrics and lead projects aimed at improving them across the Azerbaijani and Turkish markets. Analyzing support tickets You will identify recurring issues faced by drivers and users through regular ticket review and pattern recognition. Building and presenting reports You will build performance reports to track key metrics and share insights with cross-functional teams. Refining operational logic You will evaluate support workflows to identify errors and suggest improvements to current logic systems. Managing improvement projects You will take ownership of quality-related projects, from ideation to full-scale implementation.
You might be a fit if you have
* Are fluent in Azerbaijani, Turkish, and Russian, or English * Have strong Excel skills * Bring at least 3 months of experience in customer support * Understand regional specifics and market context * Are punctual, organized, and comfortable working with large volumes of information
