Yandex Armenia is looking for a Call Center Operator to help build a customer-focused service. In this role, you’ll answer incoming calls, assist clients, and uphold high standards of service quality.

You will be responsible for

• Receiving and processing incoming calls • Placing orders and advising clients on service-related questions
