• Have worked with local partners, brands, or influencers and have experience organizing BTL activities and integrations
• Have researched customer segments and the market, interpreted data, and turned insights into actionable hypotheses and initiatives
• Know how to develop and implement marketing strategies and understand their structure
• Are skilled in project management, setting clear tasks, monitoring quality, and delivering results
• Collaborate well with colleagues and partners and know how to coordinate cross-functional work
• Are proactive, energetic, and take full ownership of your results
