• Making video calls to drivers applying for access to premium tariffs (Comfort+, Kids, Ultima) to verify their compliance with service standards • Evaluating the driver’s appearance and understanding of service class requirements • Conducting interviews in Kazakh and Russian, depending on the driver’s preferred language

• Are fluent in Kazakh and Russian • Have access to a computer or laptop, a stable internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps), and a headset with a microphone • Are confident using a PC and can quickly learn new tools • Can process large volumes of information efficiently • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills • Are ready to handle non-standard situations It’d be a plus if you • Have experience in communication roles (sales, contact centers, consultations)
