Yango is looking for a Contact Center Agent to support drivers and improve service quality. Apply if you're fluent in Kazakh and Russian and ready to join a remote team with official employment.
You will be responsible for
• Handling incoming calls from drivers interested in working with our company
• Contacting current drivers to share information, collect data, and promote the benefits of collaboration
• Guiding drivers on how to use the service apps
• Helping develop tools and methods to improve customer service quality
You might be a fit if you have
• Are fluent in Kazakh and Russian
• Can multitask and make decisions independently
• Have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer for remote work
It’d be a plus if you
• Have previous experience in a call center
