• Creating content, including social media posts, event and vacancy descriptions, and visuals in Figma using existing templates • Managing content by processing team requests, publishing materials, and proposing ideas to grow the channels • Supporting promotion by planning and launching ad campaigns for the website, Telegram channel, events, vacancies, and other local initiatives • Collaborating with influencers and growing our Telegram channel through partnerships within the local IT community

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a content manager or SMM specialist, with examples of previous projects • Are confident using Google Docs, Google Slides, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut • Are fluent in Russian and Uzbek — all content will be produced in both languages What we offer • Remote work with occasional in-person attendance at our Tashkent office • Official employment from day one • Monday to Friday work schedule, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (local time) • Stable salary with performance-based bonuses starting from the first month • Opportunities for professional growth within the Yandex structure
