Yango for Business helps clients optimize costs and improve employee experience. We're seeking account managers ready to dive into B2B sales, manage client portfolios, and build new partnerships.
You will be responsible for
• Managing and developing growth plans with key partners by creating and executing strategies that drive mutual growth • Collaborating with product, operations, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective partnership management • Leading negotiation processes and preparing tailored partnership proposals that meet the needs and goals of potential partners • Conducting data analysis and preparing presentations and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking • Promoting marketing tools and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and strengthen partner success
You might be a fit if you have
• Have at least 6 months of experience in account management, B2B, or B2C sales • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills • Take a proactive, structured approach and can manage multiple priorities • Are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools • Are fluent in Uzbek and Russian
