Yango Group is looking for a Key Account Manager to build, manage, and expand relationships with strategic partners by delivering tailored solutions and driving mutual growth.
You will be responsible for
• Managing and developing growth plans with key partners • Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business needs and offering tailored solutions • Leading negotiations and presentations, and designing custom partnership proposals • Overseeing agreement execution, monitoring SLAs, and resolving operational issues • Collaborating with internal teams (product, operations, customer support) • Advising on local specifics to support effective global strategy implementation • Preparing regular reports and analyzing partner performance
You might be a fit if you have
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or other client-facing roles (preferably in tech, mobility, e-commerce, or fintech) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • A proactive, structured approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools • Fluency in English
