• Have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile apps
• Are familiar with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other acquisition channels
• Have experience managing large budgets and optimizing their performance
• Know tracking platforms like AppMetrica, AppsFlyer, and Adjust
• Possess a deep understanding of mobile attribution and fraud prevention
• Can analyze acquisition efficiency not only by CPI, CAC, and CR, but also through deeper product metrics
• Know how to work with data, funnels, and attribution models
• Have launched and scaled new markets
• Are fluent in English
