Our international ride-hailing team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Growth User Acquisition Lead to join us. You'll be responsible for the user acquisition strategy across 20+ countries.
You will be responsible for
• Optimizing marketing sources by analyzing current performance channels and identifying opportunities for improvement • Controlling budget efficiency by evaluating return on investment and adjusting the acquisition strategy as needed • Managing traffic and conversion funnels, tracking key metrics, and measuring the effectiveness of user acquisition efforts • Launching, developing, overseeing, and scaling growth initiatives across core regions
You might be a fit if you have
• Have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile apps • Are familiar with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other acquisition channels • Have experience managing large budgets and optimizing their performance • Know tracking platforms like AppMetrica, AppsFlyer, and Adjust • Possess a deep understanding of mobile attribution and fraud prevention • Can analyze acquisition efficiency not only by CPI, CAC, and CR, but also through deeper product metrics • Know how to work with data, funnels, and attribution models • Have launched and scaled new markets • Are fluent in English
