We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to support our regional business head and take ownership of the marketing strategy and execution in CIS and Latin America.
You will be responsible for
• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support service growth in key markets • Running marketing activities across channels, including brand activations, media campaigns, and BTL • Managing growth-focused channels like CRM communications and digital acquisition • Shaping communication strategy based on customer, market, and competitor insights • Analyzing funnel performance and identifying opportunities for growth • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and impactful campaigns • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources
You might be a fit if you have
• Have 5+ years of experience in marketing management or product marketing • Hold a degree in marketing, business, or a related field • Speak fluent English • Have a proven track record of launching and managing successful marketing initiatives • Are skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration • Use data and insights to make decisions and optimize performance
