• Providing daily administrative support for the Baku office
• Managing remote office setups and administrative processes in Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan
• Communicating with employees via chat and handling ad-hoc requests
• Improving and modernizing office and informal workspaces
• Approving, organizing, and managing internal office events
• Running service tenders and overseeing contract execution
• Ensuring the office is stocked with essentials, including groceries, furniture, accessories, and supplies
• Ordering and updating direction signs and maintaining visual standards
• Coordinating work with vendors and internal departments
• Managing cleaning contractors: setting tasks, inspecting performance, and aligning with quality expectations
• Assisting in annual budgeting, quarterly projections, and expense tracking
• Introducing sustainability and recycling initiatives
