Yango Delivery is looking for a Call Center Specialist to support customer communication, respond to inbound requests, make proactive calls, and collect user feedback to help improve our services.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner by phone
• Making outbound/proactive calls to our customers and partners
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our product, sales, and marketing teams
