We're seeking a Hub Expert in Morocco experienced in customer support or commercial operations to manage partner and customer relationships, resolve operational issues, and support local engagement.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to partner and customer inquiries in person and by phone, email, and chat • Contacting partners to increase engagement, share best practices, and help them achieve their targets • Processing requests related to lost items, payment issues, urgent incidents, and account verification • Collecting feedback and sharing insights with product, sales, and marketing teams • Supporting driver onboarding processes and participating in local marketing activities
You might be a fit if you have
• Have 3+ years of experience in customer support, commercial, or business development roles • Possess strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills • Are results-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team
