• Have a proven track record in a leadership role, preferably managing teams and driving operational success in a technology, logistics, or service-oriented environment • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making • Have in-depth understanding of the DRC business landscape, including local regulatory and cultural nuances • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage) • Can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges
