We're looking for an experienced Operational Specialist with a background in operations management to build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners and support business growth.
You will be responsible for
• Managing fleet partner relationships by building long-term trust-based partnerships aligned with our business objectives
• Setting and monitoring acquisition targets to ensure monthly and city-wide goals are met or exceeded
• Driving partner acquisition initiatives to support growth, improve retention, and boost operational efficiency
• Overseeing vehicle branding execution to ensure brand consistency and adherence to company standards
• Conducting training sessions for partner staff on acquisition, retention, and operational best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Implementing strategies from headquarters to ensure smooth execution and effective alignment at the partner level
You might be a fit if you have
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
• Have 3+ years of experience in operations management (preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or similar fields)
• Demonstrate a strong track record of building and managing partnerships
• Possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Are adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Show leadership potential and the ability to manage teams
• Make data-driven decisions and focus on optimizing processes
