We're looking for an HR Generalist to support local HR operations in Lima and handle payroll, employee lifecycle tasks, and benefits administration in collaboration with local and global teams.
You will be responsible for
• Managing country-level HR operations by overseeing hiring, onboarding, terminations, and day-to-day administrative tasks such as confirmation letters and benefits
• Maintaining payroll accuracy by coordinating with the finance team and payroll provider to ensure a smooth payroll cycle
• Improving HR processes and policies by aligning local practices with HQ standards and adapting them to comply with Peruvian labor legislation
• Supporting international employment cases by assisting with immigration documentation and the hiring of foreign employees
• Representing the employer in key meetings such as grievance, disciplinary, or appeals hearings
• Representing the company to government authorities in employment-related matters
You might be a fit if you have
• Have 3+ years of experience in human resources and payroll
• Have 2+ years of experience working with HR documentation (contracts, orders, policies, agreements, etc.)
• Possess excellent knowledge of Peruvian labor law
• Have experience working with government authorities and managing labor inspections
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Are fluent in both English and Spanish
