Yango is looking for a Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts to grow our rider and driver base. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution to build partnerships and drive revenue.
You will be responsible for
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue, market share, and growth while achieving business objectives • Identifying new business opportunities and using market insights to guide decisions • Building and maintaining strong relationships with city officials, businesses, and key partners to expand market penetration • Preparing regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership • Creating and managing strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility • Leading client acquisition and retention efforts while ensuring high satisfaction • Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure the seamless implementation of sales initiatives
You might be a fit if you have
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) • Have 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, ideally in transportation or tech (ride-hailing a plus) • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish, with strong presentation skills • Are tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems and sales analytics tools • Think strategically and make data-driven business decisions • Bring strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
