Yango is seeking a Growth User Acquisition Lead to develop and execute user acquisition strategy across 20+ countries, optimize paid traffic, test new hypotheses, and scale new acquisition channels.
You will be responsible for
• Optimizing paid marketing sources by analyzing the performance of current acquisition channels and identifying improvement opportunities • Managing budget effectiveness by tracking return on investment (ROI) and adjusting strategy based on key performance indicators • Controlling traffic and conversion funnels by monitoring conversions and evaluating acquisition effectiveness • Launching and scaling key markets
You might be a fit if you have
• Have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on mobile app growth • Are deeply familiar with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and other acquisition platforms • Have experience managing and optimizing large marketing budgets • Understand and work confidently with tracking platforms like AppMetrica, Appsflyer, or Adjust • Have strong knowledge of mobile attribution and fraud prevention • Evaluate acquisition performance not only by CPI, CAC, and CR, but also using deeper product metrics • Are comfortable working with data, funnels, and attribution models • Have experience launching and scaling acquisition campaigns in new markets • Speak fluent English
