• Have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on mobile app growth
• Are deeply familiar with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and other acquisition platforms
• Have experience managing and optimizing large marketing budgets
• Understand and work confidently with tracking platforms like AppMetrica, Appsflyer, or Adjust
• Have strong knowledge of mobile attribution and fraud prevention
• Evaluate acquisition performance not only by CPI, CAC, and CR, but also using deeper product metrics
• Are comfortable working with data, funnels, and attribution models
• Have experience launching and scaling acquisition campaigns in new markets
• Speak fluent English
