Regional Lead, LatAm (Peru)

Yango is looking for a Regional Lead to help expand our services across Latin America. We welcome well-organized self-starters who challenge the status quo and bring new ideas.
You will be responsible for
• Supporting launches of new products and services in new regions by collaborating with the marketplace management team, conducting market research, and improving operational efficiency
• Ensuring and refining service quality for courier partners and clients through operational metrics analysis, CJM analysis, and field research
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with courier subcontractor companies, acting as their main contact and supporting their engagement through field insights and data-driven analytics
• Exploring and developing external partnerships to bring them to operational and strategic levels

• Are a well-organized self-starter who brings new ideas, challenges the status quo, and enjoys creating real impact
• Are fluent in Russian and English
• Are ready to relocate to Latin America
• Have experience working in ride-hailing and delivery companies and managing large teams
It’d be a plus if you:
• Are located in Peru or ready to relocate to the region
