We’re looking for a Key Account Expert to support and grow our top sellers on the Buy & Sell platform in Côte d'Ivoire.
This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially-minded professional who understands how to grow e-commerce operations and maintain long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with key partners, helping them launch stores, improve visibility, and expand their online business.
You will be responsible for
• Managing and supporting key sellers on the platform
• Assisting with store creation and setup
• Guiding partners in promotional and operational activities
• Providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting
• Driving sales growth and seller satisfaction

• Experience in account management, customer success, or e-commerce
• An understanding of online store operations and seller tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Basic to intermediate English
