We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the growth and retention of users and partners (drivers or couriers). Apply if you have marketing experience and thrive in fast-paced environments.
You will be responsible for
• Planning and implementing marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across the supply and demand sides of the business • Monitoring campaign performance using tools like Excel and Power BI, reporting on KPIs, and identifying areas for optimization • Coordinating messaging and promotions across in-app channels, email, social media, and paid platforms • Supporting lifecycle marketing efforts by helping build campaigns that retain and re-engage users and partners • Collaborating with operations, design, and product teams to align on priorities and ensure smooth project delivery • Improving processes by staying organized, tracking performance, and suggesting optimizations based on campaign results and data insights
You might be a fit if you have
• Have 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in growth, performance, or retention roles • Are comfortable working with data tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) • Are organized and can manage multiple campaigns and projects • Have experience in tech, ride-hailing, delivery, or startup environments • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) • Are team-oriented, proactive, and execution-driven
