We're seeking an Accountant to join our Baku team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with a solid understanding of accounting processes and willingness to support day-to-day operations.
You will be responsible for
• Processing primary accounting documents
• Preparing and managing document flow
• Monitoring compliance with cash discipline and advance reports
• Working with the banking system and processing bulk payments
• Calculating vacation pay, sick leave, and payroll
• Preparing primary documents for tax reporting, the social fund, and statistics
• Supporting the Chief Accountant and management with additional tasks as needed
You might be a fit if you have
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting
• Basic knowledge of accounting laws and regulations
• The ability to handle large volumes of data and analyze financial information
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with 1C required)
• A responsible, organized, and team-oriented mindset
• The ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in Russian
