Yango is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to respond to customer queries, make outbound calls, and gather customer feedback. Apply if you're good at solving problems and conflict management.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat
• Making outbound/proactive calls to our customers and partners
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have
• Have at least 1 year of call center experience in a customer service department
• Are passionate about helping and communicating with people
• Possess good problem-solving and conflict-management skills
• Have strong writing and verbal skills in Spanish (you should be able to write quickly and accurately)
• Have conversational English (preferred)
