You will be responsible for
• Quickly diving into new markets, segmenting target partner groups, identifying promising partners, and supporting their growth • Managing distributed teams, building sales processes, recruiting and training employees, and ensuring transparent reporting • Identifying, attracting, and building relationships with key partners through networking, lead generation, and direct negotiations • Conducting negotiations at the top management level and establishing strategic partnerships • Analyzing and implementing real business processes to drive growth
You might be a fit if you have
• Have experience in the commercial sector (business development, strategic sales, or partnership management) • Understand market segments and can quickly identify the right partners and effective growth points • Have strong sales management skills, including lead generation and negotiations with C-level executives • Have experience managing teams, including hiring, onboarding, motivation, and process development
