Currently, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Azerbaijan and contribute to the development of a solution that helps e-commerce increase conversions and get better results using ML algorithms.
You will be responsible for
• Supporting sales by managing the entire sales cycle and showcasing ad products and services that align with client needs
• Leading negotiations and solidifying commercial agreements with senior-level client partners and digital agencies
• Participating in industry conferences and events to promote the company’s offerings
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and advance regional strategy initiatives
• Managing all aspects of client engagement through a consultative sales process and fostering long-term business relationships
• Assisting with onboarding new advertiser accounts in collaboration with the account management team
• Providing industry-specific digital insights aligned with client KPIs
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to coordinate regional efforts with global objectives
• Participating in cross-functional projects to support business growth
• Providing regular reports and feedback on sales activities and market trends
• Conveying regional insights and opportunities to company headquarters

• Have a proven track record in business development
• Have a background in advertising or digital marketing
• Have a strong understanding of the e-commerce and retail market in Azerbaijan
• Are well-connected and can engage decision-makers at top companies and digital agencies
• Have experience in professional client relationship management
• Possess strong negotiation skills at the decision-maker level
• Are a team player with the ability to work independently, multitask, and set priorities
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
