Yango is looking for a Voice Support Specialist to respond to customer queries and make outbound calls. Apply if you are passionate about helping people and have good conflict management skills.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat • Making proactive outbound calls to our customers and partners • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members • Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our product, sales, and marketing teams

• Are passionate about helping and communicating with people • Possess problem-solving and conflict management skills • Have strong verbal and writing skills in Arabic and English • Own a laptop/PC with a strong and stable internet connection • Have call center or customer support experience
