Yango is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to drive local operations, manage partner relationships, and support business development across new launches and strategic projects.
You will be responsible for
• Managing and improving local operations by analyzing trends and data to make more accurate and efficient decisions • Leading and managing partner fleet development to ensure strong growth and effective partnerships • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners while overseeing their support for sustained growth • Creating efficient flows in driver acquisition and retention, ensuring cost-efficiency in operations • Supporting new service, product, and city launches, leading special projects to improve operational metrics • Implementing projects aimed at improving key operational metrics and driving business success • Leading strategic partnerships to foster growth and new opportunities

• Have strong analytical skills • Think strategically • Possess strong negotiation skills • Are knowledgeable in metrics and ways to influence them • Are an experienced Excel user • Are experienced in building and leading teams, inspiring people, and winning their trust • Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Understand unit economics, technology-driven marketplaces, operational efficiency, marketing, and finances • Employ a strong hands-on approach with a structured and process-guided personality • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and preference for start-up environments over corporate structures • Use a data-driven approach to decision-making, are comfortable with analytics, and can see the story behind the numbers • Are fluent in both the local language and English
