We're seeking a Growth and Retention Manager to lead strategic initiatives, accelerate user acquisition, and enhance retention across our streaming platform by developing innovative strategies.
You will be responsible for
Growth strategy and execution
• Developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels
• Designing and executing A/B tests to optimize user acquisition and engagement
• Creating and managing user acquisition campaigns on various platforms
oIdentifying new market opportunities and expansion strategies
Analytics and performance
• Analyzing user behavior data to identify patterns and growth opportunities
• Tracking and reporting key performance metrics (KPIs)
• Building and maintaining growth models and forecasts
Product development
• Collaborating with product teams to implement growth-focused features
• Optimizing the user onboarding experience
oIdentifying and reducing friction points in the user journey
• Developing retention strategies for different user segments
You might be a fit if you have
• 5+ years of growth or product marketing experience
• A proven track record in driving growth metrics
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• An understanding of growth strategies for tech-enabled platforms
