Request a ride

  1. Enter the pickup address. If the address is already there by default, tap Where to?

    To choose a different address, tap Change address or move the pin on the map.

  2. Enter your destination address to see the ride price in advance.

    You can add up to 3 additional stops (tap ). They must be added before you confirm the ride request.

  3. Choose a service class and payment method.

    After you request a ride, you can change the payment method from cash to card. If there are several cards linked to your account, you can choose any of them. Just tap  → How would you like to pay? (Payment method) at the bottom of the screen.

  4. You can add additional ride information.

    Include anything special you need in the Options section, (for example, a child safety seat or a car with air conditioning). Certain Options come at an extra charge and the availability may vary depending on location.

    You can also leave a comment for the driver. For example, you might say “Wait for me at the gate ” to make it easier for them to find you.

  5. Tap Request ride.

Rate your driver after the ride. A driver's rating determines if they can continue driving with us.

To cancel a ride, tap  → Cancel ride at the bottom of the screen.

You can also cancel a ride by calling the service partner directly. The number is available in the ride menu ( → Ride details).

Please note that you will be charged a fee if you cancel a ride request after the car has arrived.
