# I'm getting too many captchas

Main reasons why you're often asked to pass the captcha:

- The browser is [not allowed to save cookies](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie), which tell the server you've already solved a captcha.
- You're using [Incognito mode](https://www.computerworld.com/article/3356840/how-to-go-incognito-in-chrome-firefox-safari-and-edge.html), which automatically deletes cookies when you close the browser.
- VPN is enabled.

To stop getting the captcha too often:

1. Allow your browser to save cookies.<br>

1. Pass the captcha. You don't need to enter punctuation marks and spaces.
