# The system won't accept my captcha entries

The system asks you to pass captcha several times to make sure that requests from your IP address are sent by a live person, not a robot. That's how our security algorithms work when they detect suspicious activity.

These requests aren't necessarily coming from you — a single IP can be shared by multiple users.

If the autosave [cookies](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie) option is disabled in your browser settings, or they are automatically deleted, the system will ask you to pass the captcha several times.
