Terms – Automatic Payment with Digital Wallet (Wallet on File)

1. When the Yango platform redirects the User to the application of a digital wallet operated by a third party (e.g., Yape or Nequi), the User agrees to link the user profile/registration maintained with that digital wallet with Yango, in order to enable automatic charges for services contracted on the Yango platform. Before completing the linking, the User confirms that he/she has read and accepts the applicable terms and conditions of the third party operating the digital wallet.

2. In order to manage the linking and enable the use of Wallet on File, the User authorizes Yango to share with the Wallet Operator the mobile number associated with his/her account on the Platform (and, where applicable, the minimum additional information strictly necessary for the validation/authentication of the link), in order to identify the User and complete digital wallet linking.

3. After linking, when the User selects the corresponding digital wallet as the payment method on Yango, the User authorizes that, upon completion of each service requested on the Yango platform, an automatic charge instruction is issued to the digital wallet, to charge the amount applicable to the User's user profile/registration in the digital wallet (according to the rules, authorizations, limits, and validations defined by the third party operating the digital wallet).

4. Wallet on File allows linking to and using a digital wallet provided and operated by an independent third party (the "Wallet Operator"), who provides the service under its own terms and conditions and is solely responsible for the operation, availability and transaction processing of such digital wallet.

Yango is limited to facilitating the technological integration that enables this option within the Platform and does not provide financial services, does not issue the digital wallet or manage the User's funds. Without prejudice to the User's inalienable rights, Yango shall not be liable for rejections, delays, unprocessed transactions, unavailability, charges, commissions, limits or other incidents attributable exclusively to the Wallet Operator or the digital wallet infrastructure; however, Yango will be liable for the failures of the Platform or for the information it makes available to the User when such failures are attributable to it.

5. The User may unlink Wallet on File at any time from the options available on the Platform and/or in accordance with the functionalities of the Wallet Operator; the foregoing shall not affect payments already caused by services effectively rendered or pending obligations of the User.

6. The full terms applicable to the payment and the Wallet on File functionality are available at: Terms of Use for Rides and Terms of Use for Delivery respectively.
