YANGO PLAY CASHBACK LOYALTY PROGRAM

PROGRAM CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE PROGRAM CONDITIONS BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING YANGO PLAY CASH BACK LOYALTY PROGRAM

These Yango Play Cashback Loyalty Program Conditions (Program Conditions) are the Program Conditions referred to in clauses 1.3 of the Yango Play Cashback Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions available at: https://yango.com/legal/cashback_loyalty_program_uae (Terms and Conditions).

Unless otherwise set forth herein, capitalized terms used in the Program Conditions shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.

1. ACCRUAL OF POINTS

1.1. The Points can be accrued as specified in table 1 and(or) table 2 herein, subject to any other terms and conditions communicated to the User in the relevant Service interface from time to time.

1.2. The Points can be earned and utilized only in connection with a non-cash Purchase, unless otherwise set forth herein. The Points may not be utilized for the whole amount of the Purchase price.

The accrual of Points is only available if:

the opportunity to get points for the specific trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;
the specific ride has a pickup point in the Emirate of Dubai,
the specific trip will be paid by card,
no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

The Organizer may limit cashback accrual to comply with the law or upon request from government agencies. Furthermore, the ability to earn points may be rolled out gradually for technical reasons.

2. UTILIZING POINTS

2.1. The User can use the accumulated Points to obtain a Discount from purchase price of goods and/or services purchased by the User in the Service as it specified in the table 3 and(or) table 4 accordingly.

In any case (even if the User has Points to cover total trip price) the Service will withhold 1 AED. Points will not cover any mandatory fee and toll road fee related to the trip.

Utilizing of points is available only for rides with pick up point located in the Abu Dhabi.

Utilizing Points for trips in the following tariffs: Business, Business XL, Premier, Elite, Kids

Using Points to receive a discount on a trip payment is only available if all the following conditions are met:

the opportunity to use points to obtain a discount for trip is explicitly provided in the Yango app interface when booking the specific trip;
the specific ride has a pick-up point in the Dubai;
the specific trip will be paid by bank card;
no other bonuses, discounts, promocodes is applied to the specific ride.

In any cases the maximum discount available when using points is – no more than 25% of the trip cost and at any case cannot exceed AED 15 per specific trip. Points cannot be used to cover mandatory fees or toll roads charges.

The Organizer reserves the right to limit points redemption due to legislative requirements and/or at the request of government authorities. Additionally, the points redemption feature may be activated on a phased basis due to technical reasons.

2.2. The number of Points used to obtain the Discount is determined automatically by the algorithms of the Service based on the maximum possible amount of the Discount within the Balance of the earned Points and subject to other restrictions established in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The amount of the Discount that the User can receive is determined by the number of Points used, with 1 point corresponding to AED 1.

2.3. The Discount provided under the terms of the Program when using Points is not summed up with other Discounts provided in relation to the goods and/or services purchased by the User in the Service (in connection with a marketing campaign, using a promotional code, or for other reasons), except as provided by the Terms and Conditions or in the interface of the Services. At the same time, the Operator has the right to independently determine the order in which the Discount is granted (when using Points or for other reasons first).

2.4. When using Points to obtain the Discount, the number of Points used is written off from the User's Account.

2.5. In addition to cases where Points are used to obtain the Discount, the Operator may write off Points unilaterally, and the User may be unilaterally refused to utilize Points to receive the Discount in the following cases:

2.5.1. after 3 years from the date of accumulation of Points,

2.5.2. the User violates any of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions, ‘

2.5.3. the User refuses to participate in the Program Conditions,

2.5.4. the Term has expired, and

2.5.5. full or partial refund of the funds contributed as part of payment for the Purchase of goods and/or services purchased by the User in the Service, effective in relation to the Points earned for such Purchase pro rata the refunded amount.

2.6. Written-off Points cannot be used to receive the Discount.

2.7. Points cannot be utilized, the Discount cannot be provided in case of payment for goods and/or services purchased by the User was made not in the Service, unless otherwise expressly provided by the Terms and Conditions.

2.8. The Operator may at its sole discretion return the number of Points to the User in case there is a return or refusal of the goods and/or services purchased by the User in the Service in which respect the relevant number of Points was written off.

2.9. Any Points earned in connection with a Purchase returned, cancelled or terminated, shall be cancelled by the Operator and deducted from the Balance.

2.10. If the Balance is negative, Points shall be first applied to make the Balance positive.

شروط البرنامج

يرجى قراءة شروط البرنامج هذه قبل الوصول إلى برنامج الولاء **Yango Play Cashback **أو استخدامه.

شروط برنامج الولاء YANGO PLAY CASHBACK (شروط البرنامج) هي شروط البرنامج المشار إليها في البنود 1.3 من شروط وأحكام برنامج الولاء YANGO PLAY CASHBACK المتاحة على: https://yango.com/legal/cashback\_loyalty\_program\_uae (الشروط والأحكام).

ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك هنا ، يجب أن يكون للمصطلحات المكتوبة بحروف كبيرة المستخدمة في شروط البرنامج نفس المعنى كما في الشروط والأحكام.

1. تراكم النقاط

1.1. يمكن تجميع النقاط وفقًا لما هو محدد في الجدول رقم 1 و/أو الجدول رقم 2 الواردين أدناه ، مع مراعاة أي شروط وأحكام أخرى يتم إرسالها إلى المستخدم في واجهة الخدمة ذات الصلة من وقت لآخر.

1.2. يمكن كسب النقاط واستخدامها فقط فيما يتعلق بالشراء غير النقدي ، ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك هنا. لا يجوز استخدام النقاط لكامل مبلغ سعر الشراء.

تمّ توضيح إمكانية الحصول على النقاط لتلك الرحلة بشكل صريح في واجهة تطبيق Yango عند حجز الرحلة.
كانت نقطة الانطلاق في إمارة دبي.
تمّ الدفع باستخدام البطاقة.
لم تُطبَّق على الرحلة أي مكافآت أو خصومات أو رموز ترويجية.

يجوز للمنظّم تقييد جمع الكاش باك امتثالًا للقانون أو بناءً على طلب الجهات الحكومية. كما قد يتم تفعيل ميزة جمع النقاط تدريجيًا لأسباب تقنية.

2. الاستفادة من النقاط

2.1. يمكن للمستخدم استخدام النقاط المتراكمة للحصول على خصم من سعر شراء السلع و / أو الخدمات التي يشتريها المستخدم من خلال الخدمة، وذلك على النحو الموضح في الجدول رقم (3) و/أو الجدول رقم (4) أدناه، وفقًا للحالة المناسبة.

في جميع الحالات (حتى إذا كان لدى المستخدم رصيد نقاط يغطي كامل تكلفة الرحلة)، سيقوم النظام باقتطاع 1 درهم إماراتي كحد أدنى. لا يمكن استخدام النقاط لتغطية أي رسوم إلزامية أو رسوم الطرق المرتبطة بالرحلة.

يمكن استخدام النقاط فقط في الرحلات التي تبدأ من إمارة أبوظبي.

استخدام النقاط لرحلات التعريفات التالية: Business، Business XL، Premier، Elite، Kids

يمكن استخدام النقاط للحصول على خصم على الرحلة فقط في حال استيفاء جميع الشروط التالية:

أن تكون إمكانية استخدام النقاط موضحة بشكل صريح في واجهة تطبيق Yango عند حجز الرحلة.
أن تكون نقطة الانطلاق في إمارة دبي.
أن يتم الدفع باستخدام البطاقة البنكية.
ألا تُطبّق أي مكافآت أو خصومات أو رموز ترويجية على الرحلة.

في جميع الحالات، الحد الأقصى للخصم عند استخدام النقاط هو %25 من تكلفة الرحلة، وبأي حال لا يجوز أن يتجاوز 15 درهمًا إماراتيًا لكل رحلة. لا يمكن استخدام النقاط لتغطية الرسوم الإلزامية أو رسوم الطرق.

يحتفظ المنظّم بالحق في تقييد استبدال النقاط امتثالًا للقوانين أو بناءً على طلب الجهات الحكومية. قد يتم تفعيل ميزة استبدال النقاط تدريجيًا لأسباب تقنية.

2.2. يتم تحديد عدد النقاط المستخدمة للحصول على الخصم تلقائيا بواسطة خوارزميات الخدمة بناء على أقصى مبلغ ممكن للخصم ضمن رصيد النقاط المكتسبة ويخضع لقيود أخرى تم وضعها وفقا للشروط والأحكام. يتم تحديد مبلغ الخصم الذي يمكن للمستخدم الحصول عليه من خلال عدد النقاط المستخدمة ، مع 1 نقطة مقابل 1 درهم.

2.3. لا يتم تلخيص الخصم المقدم بموجب شروط البرنامج عند استخدام النقاط مع الخصومات الأخرى المقدمة فيما يتعلق بالسلع و/أو الخدمات التي يشتريها المستخدم في الخدمة (فيما يتعلق بحملة تسويقية أو باستخدام شفرة ترويجية أو لأسباب أخرى) ، باستثناء ما هو منصوص عليه في الشروط والأحكام أو في واجهة الخدمات. في الوقت نفسه ، يحق للمشغل تحديد الترتيب الذي يتم منح الخصم به بشكل مستقل (عند استخدام النقاط أو لأسباب أخرى أولا).

2.4. عند استخدام النقاط للحصول على الخصم ، يتم شطب عدد النقاط المستخدمة من حساب المستخدم.

2.5. بالإضافة إلى الحالات التي يتم فيها استخدام النقاط للحصول على الخصم ، يجوز للمشغل شطب النقاط من جانب واحد ، وقد يتم رفض المستخدم من جانب واحد استخدام النقاط للحصول على الخصم في الحالات التالية:

2.5.1. بعد 3 سنوات من تاريخ تراكم النقاط,

2.5.2. ينتهك المستخدم أيا من التزاماته بموجب الشروط والأحكام،'

2.5.3. يرفض المستخدم المشاركة في شروط البرنامج,

2.5.4. انتهت مدة الصلاحية ، و

2.5.5. استرداد كامل أو جزئي للأموال المساهمة كجزء من الدفع لشراء السلع و/أو الخدمات التي اشتراها المستخدم في الخدمة ، ساري المفعول فيما يتعلق بالنقاط المكتسبة لمثل هذا الشراء بالتناسب مع المبلغ المسترد.

2.6. لا يمكن استخدام النقاط المشطوبة للحصول على الخصم.

2.7. لا يمكن استخدام النقاط ، ولا يمكن تقديم الخصم في حالة الدفع مقابل السلع و/أو الخدمات التي اشتراها المستخدم لم يتم في الخدمة ، ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك صراحة في الشروط والأحكام.

2.8. يجوز للمشغل وفقا لتقديره الخاص إعادة عدد النقاط إلى المستخدم في حالة وجود إرجاع أو رفض للسلع و / أو الخدمات التي اشتراها المستخدم في الخدمة والتي تم فيها شطب عدد النقاط ذات الصلة.

2.9. يتم إلغاء أي نقاط مكتسبة فيما يتعلق بعملية شراء تم إرجاعها أو إلغاؤها أو إنهاؤها من قبل المشغل ويتم خصمها من الرصيد.

2.10. إذا كان الرصيد سالبا ، يتم تطبيق النقاط أولا لجعل الرصيد موجبا.
