DAC7 reporting requirements

DAC7 is a recent regulation applied to the digital platforms operating in the territory of the European Union (“EU”). Starting from this year Yango is obliged to annually report certain information about Yango partners in EU countries to the tax authorities.

Under DAC7 regulation Yango is responsible for annual collection and reporting information on Yango as well as for verifying whether the information about Yango partners in our data bases is correct and duly updated. For this reason, we may ask you to confirm or, if needed, to update this information.

Please, note, that in case of lack of response despite of reminders as well as in case of refusal, Yango is required by law to suspend your operations with the Yango platform.
