How to Make a Claim

Submit Сlaims

Contact Yango support through the app as soon as possible after the accident*. Yango support will provide contacts of the insurance company and all other necessary details.

Processing Time

After you contact the insurance company, it processes the case informing you on the list of documents needed.

Payment

Payment is made by the insurance company to the claimant in accordance with the company’s rules and procedures.

Exclusions

Death, injuries, or disability when the driver was driving under the influence of intoxicating substances such as alcohol, or drugs.
Unlicensed drivers or not active drivers.
A driver or vehicle that is unregistered with, or de-registered from Yango Partners and does not have access to orders from the Ride Technology Global FZ-LLC platform.
Trips not booked through the Yango App.
Symptoms or effects of pre-existing conditions as determined by a Medical Professional.
Intentional, self-inflicted injury, suicide or attempted suicide (whether sane or insane).
Any act of war (whether war be declared or not) military action, terrorist activities, riots, strikes, civil commotion or insurrection.
Non-compliance with the Conditions for Eligibility.
Where the driver fails to observe traffic rules.

Conditions

All rides must be booked through the Yango App.

Booking passenger’s names used on the Yango app must be the same names as their national identity documents.

All drivers and vehicles must be registered with Yango partners holding valid agreements with Ride Technology Global FZ-LLC.

The name of the driver registered on the Yango App must be the same name that appears on the Driver’s licence.

Only the Passengers who booked a trip through the Yango app, or on whose behalf a trip was booked (as indicated in the Yango app), will be covered.

Passengers must have evidence of booking and acceptance using a number registered in the booking passenger’s name.

The Cover for the Yango Passenger starts at the beginning of the trip and ends once the Passenger disembarks at destination point indicated at the time of booking, or the destination amended to during the trip.

The number of passengers shall not exceed the recommended seating capacity of the vehicle per ride.
