Coverage details

For drivers & passengers Personal accident insurance covers a driver and up to 4 passengers per ride

Mobile phone insurance Only one mobile phone insured per driver. Coverage lasts for one month from the date of the last accepted ride.

Age eligibility Available for drivers aged 18 to 70 years and passengers aged 1 to 70 years.

Processing Time

Claims are settled within 48 to 72 hours after all required documents are submitted.

Payment

Directly sent to your e-wallet or bank account in PKR

Documents Required for Claims

  • Personal Accident Claims:

    • CNIC (front & back)
    • FIR or Medicolegal report (in case of accidents)
    • Death certificate (if applicable)
  • Mobile Protection Claims:

    • FIR for theft
    • Blocked IMEI report from PTA
    • Confirmation of phone blocking by PTA

Exclusions

Personal Accident Exclusions Self-inflicted injury, participation in criminal acts, and war-related activities.

Mobile Insurance Exclusions Losses from existing faults, non-PTA-approved phones, and damage outside of screen protection.
