How do I order a ride?
Open the Yango app, set your pickup — the Kasbah, Tanger Med port or Ibn Battouta Airport — enter where you're going, check the price, and confirm. iOS and Android.
What's the difference between Economy and Taxi?
Economy rides are in a private, recent car with fast pick-up. Taxi rides are in a registered taxi at an affordable price. Both are available right in the app.
Which cities in Morocco can I use Yango in?
Yango works in Casablanca, Rabat and Tangier. Each city has its own page with local fares, airport and port runs, and places worth heading to. One app and one account cover all three. Get the Yango app
How much does a ride in Morocco cost?
Rides start from 5 MAD. The fare depends on the ride class you choose, the distance and how busy the roads are at that moment, and the app shows it before you confirm the trip. Fares differ from city to city — the Casablanca, Rabat and Tangier pages give local examples, including airport runs.
Where do I get help with a ride, a charge or something left in the car?
Yango Support has separate steps for each case: a charge you do not recognise or a fare that changed, feedback about a driver or a car, road accidents and urgent situations, and items left behind. Pick the case that matches and follow the steps there.
What should I do in an emergency during a ride?
We care about your safety. Use the safety button in the app to reach support right away, any time of day. You can also share your trip with someone you trust before you set off. For accidents, follow the steps on our support page
What do I need to start using Yango in Morocco?
Three things: the Yango app on iOS or Android, a phone number that can receive a confirmation code while you are in Morocco, and a payment method — cash or a bank card. Your pickup point is set on the map, so you do not need a local address to order a ride.
Can I pay cash for a ride in Morocco?
Yes — cash and bank cards are both accepted. Choose the method in the payment section of the app before you order, or tap the payment icon that appears next to the pickup address once you have entered your destination. During a trip you can switch from cash to card, but not the other way round; if a card payment does not go through, the app moves the trip to cash and notifies both you and the driver.
