Card protection

Banks offer all kinds of security measures to protect cardholders from fraud. But you can also help protect your card by following these basic tips:

  1. Never share your card's PIN, CVV2 code, expiration date, or who the card is registered to with anyone.
  2. If you lost your card or suspect it was compromised, contact your bank immediately to block it.
  3. Don't log in to internet banking on any computer but your own or when connected to an unsecured network. If you do, don't forget to log out and clear the browser's cache.
