1. Definitions

Contest | The Contest (raffle) is called «Yango and Afro Nation». It aims to increase the number of rides through the Yango mobile application and promote the Yango mobile application in Accra, Ghana. The Organizer is holding the Contest |
Contest dates | Rides with Yango shall happen from 12 December 2022 until 18 December 2022. Winners shall be selected and contacted by phone on 19-21 December 2022. |
Winners | Participants who have been selected according to the rules specified in s. 4. below. The total number of Winners is 20. |

Prize | 2 General Admission tickets to the Afro Nation Festival for each Winner, 40 tickets total. Prizes shall be forwarded to the Winners' e-mail addresses that the Winners use as their contact e-mail in the Yango mobile application. 2. From 12 December 2022 until 18 December 2022, the Participants shall make rides with Yango in Accra, Ghana, with the promo code AFRTKT applied at checkout. 3. Participation in a Contest does not automatically mean that the Participant has won a Prize. 4. Each ride with the promo code AFRTKT applied shall be assigned a unique number. Twenty (20) Winners will be chosen by random draw (performed by a computer process or supervised by an independent third party). Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a Winner, but if the Winner fails to reply to the Organizer’s communication within the communicated timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to choose another Winner by random draw. The Organizer shall not be liable if the Prize does not reach the Winner for reasons beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control. 5. To conduct the Contest, the Organizer will not collect specifically any personal data of the Participants. The Organizer will process the Participants' applied promo code AFRTKT with a unique number at checkout to ensure participation in the Contest and determine the Winners of the Contest and the Winners' contact information (e-mail and/or phone number) to contact the Winners for them to receive the Prize. The Participants understand that processing personal data in the conditions and solely for the purposes listed in this Campaign Terms and Conditions is indispensable for conducting the Contest and granting the Prize. Entering the Contest as applied in point 2. will represent express consent for data processing as part of conducting the Contest. The Organizer may transfer the personal data to competent public authorities to comply with the laws in force. 6. The Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures in case of attempted fraud, abuse, or any other attempt that could affect the image and the conduct of the Contest. If the Organizer suspects a particular individual’s participation to be fraudulent, it reserves the right to cancel such participation without prior notice to that Participant. In the event of fraudulent behavior, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend/cancel the rights and benefits of the Participants at any time without any payment or compensation. If fraudulent behavior is discovered after the Prize is awarded, the Participant shall return to the Organizer the Prize or its value and any related expenses. 7. By participating in this Contest, the Participant declares on his/her own responsibility that he/she is aware and agrees that he/she is solely responsible for declaring any false information. 8. The Organizer has no liability in the following cases: (a) for incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect participation, as well as for those performed after the expiry of the Contest Period, (b) for losses or delays in entry into the possession of the Prizes, determined by factors independent by the Organizer’s will or control, © for unannounced Internet service interruptions by Internet service providers or blocking internal access due to network congestion during intense internet traffic periods, (d) for any disputes relating to the rights of use on mobile devices where the applications have been downloaded. The Organizer assumes responsibility only for conducting the Contest and granting the Prize. 9. To conduct the Contest, for the specific purposes indicated below, the Organizer will process the Participants' personal data and contact them via e-mail and/or phone. 10. The Winner shall calculate, retain, and transfer income tax due (if any) for the revenues from the Prize he/she was granted as part of the Contest. 11. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these Rules. Any changes will be communicated to Participants as soon as reasonably practical.
