WITH BİR BONUS

Bir Bonus is a loyalty program in Azerbaijan. You can now pay up to 90% of your ride cost using bonuses (1 bonus = 1 AZN). Bonuses work like a promo code: they are deducted, and the driver still receives the full payment.

Go to Payment methods → current loyalty program → Bir Bonus → enter your phone number and SMS code. Your balance will appear in the top-right corner.

Choose destination point → tap the blue badge showing your balance → enable bonus spending. Important: bonuses work only when paying by card.

This is a service fee that cannot be covered with bonuses. Bonuses also cannot be used to pay toll roads or tips — these are always charged to your card.

Make sure you logged in with the same phone number linked to your Bir Bonus wallet. If the issue persists — contact Bir Bonus support at *1001.
