We're seeking a Supply Specialist to support supply management and operational efficiency in our ride-hailing business and daily operations through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
You will be responsible for
• Assisting in developing operational strategies for Yango ride-hailing
• Supporting partner network management for effective collaboration
• Helping optimize driver supply and coverage through local partnerships
• Facilitating driver onboarding and retention initiatives
• Monitoring daily operations, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements
• Analyzing performance metrics and contributing to data-driven initiatives
• Collaborating with marketing, support, and tech teams to enhance user experience
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal best practices
• Supporting the operations team in driving continuous improvement
You might be a fit if you have
• Hold a bachelor’s degree and have 2–4 years of relevant work experience
• Have a background in operations (preferably in ride-hailing, mobility, or logistics)
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are data-driven and focused on optimizing operational processes
• Possess strong partner networking and stakeholder management skills
• Are a collaborative team player with a drive for continuous learning and improvement
