We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic initiatives that grow our rider and driver base. You’ll manage a sales team, build key partnerships, and align efforts with company goals.
You will be responsible for
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and meet business targets • Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals to exceed KPIs and performance goals • Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities using data-driven insights • Building and maintaining strong relationships with city officials, businesses, and partners to strengthen market position • Preparing and presenting regular sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership • Developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and generate mutual business value • Leading client acquisition and retention efforts to grow the customer base and ensure satisfaction • Collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to align and execute sales initiatives • Overseeing the sales department’s budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation
You might be a fit if you have
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) • 5–7 years of proven success in sales, preferably in transportation or tech (ride-hailing experience is a strong advantage) • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools, and a solid understanding of sales analytics • The ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
