• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5–7 years of proven success in sales, preferably in transportation or tech (ride-hailing experience is a strong advantage)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools, and a solid understanding of sales analytics
• The ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
