• Conducting security training onboarding
• Delivering security awareness training
• Launching and managing background checks and vetting processes, including vendor collaboration
• Leading investigations (misconduct, policy violations, fraud, etc.)
• Resolving ad hoc personal security tasks
• Implementing minimum security standards for facilities (guards, CCTV, access control systems, intruder alarms, etc.)
• Developing, designing, and localizing security SOPs, protocols, and procedures for our business products in Colombia
• Managing security and safety vendors, aligning KPIs and targets, and organizing drills
• Resolving ad hoc facility security tasks
• Conducting security-related risk assessments for LATAM business products
• Participating in crisis management teams
• Responding to critical incidents and mitigating risks
• Researching weaknesses in business products (personnel, facilities, vendors, etc.)
• Collaborating with authorities and law enforcement on security-related matters
• Ensuring loss prevention
