• Have a deep understanding of supply dynamics, driver-partner management, and optimization techniques
• Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Can set clear, long-term goals for supply growth and develop actionable plans to achieve them
• Have a proven capability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to reach ambitious targets
• Can analyze market data, trends, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
• Are comfortable navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapting to changing market conditions
• Take a customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to improving the experience of both drivers and riders, ensuring that operational decisions align with customer needs
