Yango is seeking a Support Specialist to handle customer queries and make outbound calls. Apply if you’re passionate about helping people and are fluent in Turkic languages and Russian.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer and partner queries in a timely and accurate manner by phone, email, and chat
• Making proactive outbound calls to our customers and partners
• Sharing feature requests and effective solutions with the team
• Collecting customer feedback and collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to improve services
